Today I want to propose an easy recipe that gives excellent results. It is a vegan cheese spread, made with cashew nuts. Its preparation is the simplest, but its taste and texture are astounding.

It is an ideal recipe to accompany with vegetable crudités, rye toast or with this delicious flourless bread. I await your opinion! 😉

Raw & Vegan cashew cheese spreads

Phase 3 Serves: 4 Prep Time: Cooking Time:

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cashew nuts
  • 1/8 cup of water
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of nutritional yeast
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Fresh thyme
  • Dry rosemary
  • Dry oregano
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Soak the cashews in a bowl with water for at least 8 hours
  2. After 8 hours, rinse the cashews, drain and put them in the blender
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and beat until there is a homogeneous and a little thick cream
  4. If you want a less dense cheese, more water can be added to obtain the desired texture

This recipe is compatible with the Fast Metabolism Diet – FMD Phase 3; With these quantities, you get 4 healthy fats servings for <20 pounds.

Notes

The raw cacao pudding and fresh rosemary is a light sweet, with few calories and perfect for those times when you are on a diet but you can not resist a sweet little treat. However good we may be, we can all have a moment when we need something sweet, why skip the diet and feel guilty when there are healthy, rich and cacao-flavored alternatives? Today I present my recipe for the pudding of raw cacao and fresh rosemary.

Ingredients

  • 1 Teaspoon of raw cacao powder
  • 1 teaspoon of you favorite coffee substitute
  • 3 teaspoon of birch xylitol
  • Fresh rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon of agar agar
  • Water

Instructions

  1. Mix the raw cocoa and the coffee substitute
  2. Put the mixture into water, undo it well and put it on the fire
  3. When it reaches the boil add the birch xylitol and the rosemary and stir until the xylitol dissolves
  4. Add the agar agar and boil 3 minutes more, stirring constantly
  5. Put the prepared in the desired mold and leave in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours

Enjoy your dessert with no regrets!

The roast is a traditional dish, delicious and usually liked by everyone; It is perfect for a meal on Sundays or a Christmas party; It only has two problems: if the meat is overcooked the roast is ruined and it takes a long time to prepare it! What if I told you that there is an infallible way to make a perfect, delicious, healthy and fast roast? Here is my simple recipe: to cook!

Pork loin roasted in the oven

Phase 2 · Phase 3 Serves: 6/9 Prep Time: Cooking Time:

Ingredients

  • 1 Kg pork loin
  • 2 tablespoons tamari sauce
  • Vegetables broth
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Thyme
  • Rosemary
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. The first step is to marinate the whole loin with all the spices and salt and preheat the oven to 350º F (180º C);
  2. Then you have to tie it with a kitchen thread and put it in a pan with the tamari sauce, a couple of tablespoons of broth and a cut garlic, to brown it for a few minutes
  3. When it is golden on all sides, put a tray that can go to the oven, with what remains of liquid in the pan and some more tablespoon of broth
  4. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 50 minutes; you have to turn it a couple of times during cooking
  5. After an hour in the oven, the roast is ready and juicy: before serving it better to leave it covered for 15 minutes.

It is served thinly sliced, with its juice or with the sauce that is preferred.

This recipe is suitable for theFast Metabolism Diet – DMA Phase 2 and Phase 3. Depending on the weight of the loin will be more or fewer portions of protein.
