I recently thought of doing this myself because I wanted a site that is only FMD where there are not so many modifications to make food compatible. As well, I love that your writing is concise, interesting and you are not posing 20 images and a novel for one simple dish!! You have done this so well that I will just visit you every day !! I am in Canada and we cannot get the FMD baking mix. I see that you have figured out your own flour mix and although I long ago gave up purchasing many GF flours to make up one dish, I may try again with your recipes, you make look very easy. A silicone mold is a pastry mold that help to not stick the cakes. You can use any other mold or pan, but I recommend lining it with baking parchment.
